can someone tell me if it is appropriate to bill both 52332 and 52315 with the appropriate modifiers when:confused: a complicated bilateral urethral stent exchange is performed. The complication is due in part to carcinoma blocking the field. I am torn between billing 52332-50-22 or billing 52332-50 and 52315, 52315-79. It does not appear that 52315 will allow for a 50 modifier or a right or left, and the 59 doesn't quite seem appropriate in this situation, so any help from anyone with prior experience on a case like this would be greatly appreciated.
thanks in advance!

The procedure was performed through the urethra and not through the flank wall, but thanks for trying to help.
