73630 .. Podiatrist office takes and interprets x-rays in office and patient had both feet done. Medicaid is denying cpt 73630 with modifier 50 and will not accept anatomical modifiers to separate line items... Any advice?
 
I would try billing the LT and RT modifiers on the same line. Try it with RTLT. If that doesn't work you might just try billing it with 2 units.
