Wiki Bilateras S/I Injection w/o Fluoroscopy 20552?

I know 20552 is the most appropiate code but the Medicare LCD does not include the S/I inflamation code SACROILIITIS 720.2 that supports medical necessity. What about using code 27096? We use US guide but not fluor. Any thoughts on how to bill for this Bilateral S/I injection? Thanks!! :)
