Hi all,

When administering rituxan and doing a rapid desensitization, should the chemo admin codes 96413 and 96415 be billed in addition to 95180 for the rapid desensitization ? or should the rapid desensitization be billed alone with the unit amount reflecting the length of treatment of rituxan?

HELP!
