Patient delivered by Csection and Dr. removed a paratubal cyst. Is this billable and if so could somebody help me with the CPT code.

For the paratubal cyst removal, I would recommend 49203-49205 depending on the size of the cyst.
- Excision or destruction, open, intra-abdominal tumors, CYSTS, or endometriomas, 1 or more peritoneal, mesenteric, or retroperitoneal primary or secondary tumors
CCI edits do not bundle 49203-49205 with C-section 59510
