How can we bill under a locum when one physician is leaving and a new physician is joining. One of our physician quit and he will be no longer our doctor effective next month. The new physician will be credentialed with medicare next month but wont be able to see patient one month after that. So my questions can we bill under our old physician even though he is not a member of our compnay or can we start billing as locum under our new doctor? Thanks for your help.
