If a complete echo (93306) is performed and then physician wants a stress echo (93350) how would you bill this? Can you get paid for both echoes?

A stress echo in the office setting is 93351, and I had this problem both in the office and hospital last year, I was told by a consultant to put a -59 on the (93307) 2008 code because that is what was being denied, not the stress echo. So I would say put the 59 on the 93006.
