Wiki Billing 20611 and 64418 Together

I work for pain management doctors and they have been billing 20611 and 64418. The 64418 keeps getting denied out does anyone know if these two codes can be billed together?

Does 64418 have a 59? There is an Edit between the two that would require 64418 to be billed with modifier 59.

I agree with you Sara......64418 warrants the use of modifier 59.
