I have two anesthesia bills. The bills have a QX and a QK which would be 50% for each provider, however, both bills have code 36620, ARTL CATHJ/CANNULJ MNTR/TRANSFUSION SPX PRQ;. I am wondering if this code should be 50% for each provider as well. See the following:

00630 QX P3
36620

The 00630 is an ASA code that allows for multiple payments due to supervision, hence the QK & QX modifiers.

36620 is a surgical code and should only be billed by the provider who performed the procedure. It's either the anesthesiologist or the CRNA, but not both.
