I need help! Hopefully someone can help me here.

When billing for 37231 + 37225 is a modifier required? If so, which one.
 
According to Encoder Pro Payers Professional edition these codes can be billed together without a modifier. Both are subject to multiple procedure reductions so make certain you use modifier 51 on the secondary procedure.
