Wiki Billing 50561 with 50081?

Hi everyone,

My MD is asking if he does a PCNL to treat a stone in the kidney, and then changes to a ureteroscope and treats a stone in the ureter (same side), can he unbundle and bill both codes since he's treating 2 different locations? Thanks for any help you can provide!

I think 50561 will cover the 50081 as stone is removed and will be bundled under this code.
