Wiki Billing 58558 and 58563 together

My provider has performed a hysteroscopy including polyp resection using Myosure AND an endometrial ablation. I've been told that I can bill 58563 and 58558 together, but everything I research says I cannot.
Please help!
 
You are correct!

Per CMS/Medicare NCCI 2022 Coding Policy Manual Chap 7...
"All surgical laparoscopic, hysteroscopic or peritoneoscopic procedures include diagnostic procedures"
"Surgical laparoscopy includes diagnostic laparoscopy, which is not separately reportable"
