Billing 76942 and 20551/20550 together

Hi there. I currently work in a sports medicine podiatry office where my doctor performs prolotherapy injections under ultrasound guidance. Starting to notice that BCBS bundles the 76942 and 20551/20550 code so they adjust off the full billed amount on the ultrasound guidance and will only pay on the injection code. I don't see anywhere that these two codes cannot be billed together. Just wondering if it would be better to just bill out the ultrasound guidance and not the actual injection? Does anyone else have any experience with this?
Thank you in advance!

Were you able to find any resolution to this? We are running into the same issue with BCBS.
Thanks

I code for a practice in AZ and the BCBS AZ provider site has as a policy that they do not cover US with tpis, nor Cigna, Aetna... these codes do not hit edits but I would check your payer tpi reimbursement policies
