Wiki billing 88342, 88341, and 88360.

Hoping someone can help me with this. Ii am billing for 88342x2, 88341x3, and 88360x2. my question is since 8842, is a componnent of 88360, I append modifier 59 to 88342. Since 88341 is an add on code do I also append modifier 59 to 88341?

yes, Per NCCI edits, 88341 does require the 59 modifier when billed with the 88360...
