Hello, we billed Medicare 99349-25, 93793 and 99497. CPT 93793 was denied as CO 236 this procedure combination is not compatible with another procedure. Per CPT guidance we should not bill 93793 with E/M code on the same date of service, but can we bill 93793 as a stand alone code on the different DOS and what documentation is required?
