Wiki Billing 94617

I've been trying to find any time values for billing CPT 94617 with an E & M. I know that when billing an E & M with an Oral Challenge the time is built in and anything else discussed outside of the challenge would be able to be billed but I'm not sure with 94617. Thank you.
