What constitutes billing a 99050 and 99051. We have clinics that are open 9-5 as well as clinics open after 5pm and weekends. When can a provider bill for these codes?

Go by your posted office hours if your posted hours have you open you cannot use 99050

99050 - After posted office hours (I don't think you can use if time runs over)

99051 - Service(s) provided in the office during regularly scheduled evening, weekend, or holiday office hours
