Wiki Billing an MSLT study to Medicaid

I work at an acute care hospital. We used cpt code 95805 for an MSLT study billed to Mississippi Medicaid. The fee schedule for this cpt code is $0 but the fee schedule for the same code with modifers -26 and -tc have dollar amounts. We are thinking that we should be billing 95805-26 and 95805-tc because we do both components. Does anyone have any feedback and is this how we should be billing it to medicaid? Any help would be appreciated.:confused:
