Hello My name is Erika I am currently attending Perry Tech in Yakima and am enrolled in the Medical Office administration program. We have been asked to develop a compliance plan for billing and coding. I would like some information on where to start thank you.

Go to the Office of the Inspector General for guidelines.

Then to CMS for 1995 and 1997 E&M guidelines, the Internet Only Manuals and the National Correct Coding Initiative. Go ahead and Google these....the links should pop right up.
