We are an Urgent Care but bill as a primary care. I am wondering if we billed as an Urgent Care what would be the difference in coding. Thanks for the info,:) Kay
 
The only difference would be your place of service. 20 is urgent care, 11 is 'office' which would be primary care. Do you really bill as primary care, or just function as primary care in the realities of business practice?
