Wiki Billing codes 64450 and 20610 together

Our physician is doing multiple procedures same day. Is there a way to bill code 64405 and 20610 properly and get paid for them on same date of service. They are denying one saying it is part of other procedure. I've used modifiers 59 and 51 trying to indicate separate procedures but still getting denied. Any suggestions?

I've posted the 59 and still comes back paying for the 20610 but not 64450 noting part of other procedure? Am I coding correctly with adding the 59?

The 20610 code is in column 1 and the 64450 code is the column 2 code in the NCCI edits. If the documention supports use of the 59 modifier, it would need to be billed with the 64450 code, not the 20610 code.

The basis for the bundling edit is "CCI edit Rule: Anesthesia service included in surgical procedure"
