Im with an inpatient BH facility billing new admits for COVID as a precautionary prescreen. We are obviously not a lab but performing rapid swab tests. Do I bill using U0002? What would I use in place of a lab rev code like 0300 or 0309? Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
