Billing DME

Hi. I currently bill for an Internal Medicine clinic and am taking on a Podiatrist (which I have never done before) soon. Really, the only concern I have is billing DME. When the physician does something like casting or strapping or orders Diabetic Shoes for a patient, do I bill those codes to their primary insurance or are these things that should be billed by the physicians office to Palmetto GBA?

Any help and insight would be greatly appreciated.
