I read a few articles about billing EM Codes (99202 - 99205) and Radiation Oncology Clinical Management Codes (77261-77263). And is confusing to me. Can I bill EM Codes (99202 - 99205) and Radiation Oncology Clinical Management Codes (77261-77263) on the same DOS for the same MD? If yes, do I need a modifier? If so, which modifier? Is a new pt, just diagnosed with cancer.

Yes, you can bill the two together, providing you can justify the E/M is separate and significant — for example, the provider offers a consultation to the patient, who agrees to the service, then the provider goes ahead with the planning. You'd use modifier 25 on the E/M in that case.
