Question, Can you bill a 11604 and 15220 together? I believe you can and Dermcoder also says you can, but my provider believes you can't. Please advise

If you read the Malignant Excision Guidelines in the CPT Book (it's on page 85 in mine) it states "For reconstructive closure, see 15002-15261, 15570-15770" so yes, they can be billed together if the note supports it.
