Wiki Billing for 20550

I have a physician that did a in injection for trigger finger on both the right and left hands. The patient was also treated for other problems during the office visit. All was paid except the 2nd injection. This is how it was billed

20550/RT-F7
20550/59-LT This was not paid

We resubmitted the unpaid injection multiple times, as follows and all were denied:
20550/59-f2
20550/xs-lt
Can this be billed 2x and if so what will Medicare acccept? Any help is greatly appreciated

Maybe use modifier 51 instead of 59 and the F-digit modifiers OR LT and RT.

Medicare recognizes bilateral modifier 50 so I would bill one line as 20550-50 and then use both RT and LT trigger finger diagnoses.
