Hello, I work in a CAH who bills for the IOP department. We are stuck on what is the correct way to bill 90853 having 3 line items. Would we need to use a modifier on the 2 extra line items? Our IOP holds 3 sessions which is why we are using 3 line items of 90853. What is the correct way to bill this?
