I need help with billing for codes 95874 and 76942. Does anyone know if CMS or CAHABA, has a written guideline that states codes 95874 and 76942 cannot be billed together for the same patient on the same day when a provider is injecting 2 or more extremities on that same patient. Thank you in advance for any suggestions and comments.
