Wiki Billing for a Gastric Lap Band Implant

I am trying to find a code to bill for the lap band itself. I know the code for the procedure (43770), but I am billing for the implant. Please help!

For the implant, you would use L8699. They may request the actual invoice from the purchase of the band, so make sure that whomever handles those, sends you a copy of the invoice monthly. I hope this helps!!!
