I work in a Cancer Center and we have recently hired a NP to see the patients to go over their labs and issues pre-chemo. The Dr. sees the patient the following day and orders the chemo and discusses issues with them. Are we able to bill for the NP pre-chemo and then bill for the Dr. the following day for chemo?
