Hello,
I work in a Plastic & Reconstructive office and we have two physician assistants who assist in surgical procedures with two separate doctors. Each doctor has their own 'entity' and bill out as separate offices. If the physician's assistants are technically employed by one office, (although they work for both) but assist the other surgeon, does that physician assistant get billed out as an employee of the other office or of the office of the performing surgeon?
