Wiki Billing for Albuterol given with inhaler

We are currently using an Albuterol inhaler to administer Albuterol to those wheezing in the office. Our office has purchased 3 inhalers that we are administering with a spacer and mask. The plastic conent of the inhaler is then being dismantled and sterilized between patients. We are doing this since it is safer in light of COVID. The space and mask is billed to the family via an outside company. Can we bill for that Albuterol and/or a breathing treatment?
