One of my pulmonologist performed a bronchoscopy with catheter placement for intracavitary radioelement application which I know is 31643. For the application codes it states to see CPT codes 77761-77763, 77785-77787. Our pulmonologist placed two fiducial markers for the oncologist. What additional code can we bill if any for the marker placement.
