Wiki Billing for G2050, 99363 and 99364

My office has never billed for G2050, 99363 and 99364 so I searched this site to see if there were any problems billing these. I found a reference from 2007 that stated Medicare or any other payer was not paying for these codes. I wondered if that still was the case. Are these codes being paid for?
