Hello. I am billing for mental health providers who want to bill for two hours of group therapy. For the one hour therapy sessions, we bill the 90853. I know that this code is not an actual time limited code and the descriptor says that the sessions are typically 45 to 60 minutes in length. Any ideas on how to get reimbursed for additional time? Thank you!
