Billing for In-House Lab Draws

Any GI offices out there billing for in-house lab draws? our clinic is considering in-house labs and the docs are trying to get a feel for the work involved. Is it an huge burden on billers that are billing for this service in the office? Is it hard to get the draws paid? Any feedback would be fantastic.

It is my understanding that you can bill 36415 if you are only doing the venipuncture and sending the specimen to an outside lab for processing. I have a dr in Louisiana and he does some labs in office and sends out some labs (same specimen) and insurance will not pay - I've tried several different ways without success.
