When an observation patient has four 30-minute infusions of the same med in one day, after billing the initial infusion 96365, are the other three infusion administrations 96366, not billable being they are under 31 minutes?
(Report 96366 for infusion intervals of greater than 30 minutes beyond 1 hour increments)
