Wiki Billing for interpretation of xray

The doctor is not the ordering doctor for the CT of sinuses, we do not have report from radiologist only disc of the CT. Our doctor reads the disc and plans for surgery. Noted in the chart that film was brought in by the patient that was ordered by another physician.
Is this interpretation billable?

In my opinion, yes, this is billable if there is sufficient documentation. CPT 70486–26.
Some payers require that a radiologist perform and bill the interpretation.
