Our clinic contracts another practice to perform our C-Sections for our midwives. Our contract states that we will bill for the service and then pay them. These doctors are not credentialed with our clinic. What is the right way to bill for these services on a 1500 HICFA?
 
you will have to bill as out of network I guess I have never heard of this, but it seems that you will need to submit the claim using the other docs NPI and then bill it out of network. I cannot think of any other way it could be done.
