Does anyone do the following voice procedures in a private office setting and charge for the supplies used? If so what codes are you using to charge for supplies and are you being reimbursed?

Esophageal Dilation
CO2 Laser (Vocal Cords or Esophagus)
Pulse Dye Laser (Larynx or Vocal Cords)
