Wiki billing for teaching facility surgery

Hi,
Here is my situation, I have my provider that is the primary surgeon and they have one of their partners (also my provider) listed as the assistant - as well as a resident. Now this group of OB/GYN providers are part of the teaching physician group and these services are being done in a teaching facility. I know that I don?t bill for the resident assist but, is it appropriate to bill for the other assist provider that is the primary surgeons partner?

Any advice is appreciated.
