billing for testerone injections

Hello everyone! I need some help, testerone injections, what hcpc code are y'all using. The office i work for billed out J3140 and from what i can find that is correct and i have the ndc off the bottle., any suggestions

I am billing J1070(100MG) or J1080(200MG) based on the MG on the vial. We have previously used J1060 & started receiving denials. Hope this helps.
