I am told we can do a fundus photo 92250 with diag code 250.00 for a baseline. Does anyone know if this is true and which payers are paying?
 
Not exactly true

That depends on your carrier's LMRP policies. National Government Services AKA Medicare no longer pays for 250.00 at all.
You will need to check with each insurance to find out if they will pay for 250.00 or not for 92250.
