Can anyone tell me for Medical Assistance for the state of Wisconsin how to bill when a provider is dually enrolled with a medical taxonomy and a Behavioral health taxonomy? Our APNPs are being denied when billing an E&M vs billing a Behavioral Health CPT-90792 or a therapy code. Is anyone else having this problem? The APNP can bill either an E&M or 90792 based on documentation, correct?
