We have a psychiatrist who would like to employ a person with a Master of Arts degree. Does anyone know if we can bill incident-to services for a MA?
 
I would also check your state regulations regarding provision of mental health services. Some states have specific guidelines as to what level of education and licensing an individual must have to provide services to members.
