Billing locum tenen in Rural Health setting

I understand the typical guidelines for billing locum tenens (must be MD/DO and not more than 60 days). Is anyone aware of State (Oregon) or rural health designation exceptions?

What happens in a rural health setting if a provider goes out for 90 days maternity leave...there must be a way of billing beyond the 60 days... HELP!!!:eek:
