billing medicare for colonoscopy

Hello everyone. I am new to billing for colonoscopies. It is my understanding that I bill Medicare the G codes for colonoscopies. Do I bill the G code for the professional fee also or just the facility fee?

We bill the G code for the prof fee and it is paid. We also bill the G code to commercial payors.

We also bill the G codes ( Medicare Only) for a facility.

If you're referring to a no findings in the colonoscopy , yes on the G code for Medicare. However, some commercial would not take a G code.
