Hi everyone. My doctor performed a "left knee MISHA implant". When I googled for a CPT code, 27599 unlisted procedure came up. But also a HCPCS code C1734. The patient's insurance is Worker's Comp. If I bill the 27599 what code do I compare it to for the dollar amount to charge? Also, has anyone gotten paid for this procedure? Thanks, I appreciate any advice.

Wow, a MISHA in a Worker's Comp patient. No comment.

This is an unlisted code, and you can compare to 27427, extraarticular ligament reconstruction, as a suitable comparator.
