Hello Everyone, Could someone clarify if it's mandatory to append the KP and KQ modifiers to chemotherapy/immunotherapy drugs when multiple NDC drugs are administered to a patient? We have been billing the drug J code as a single line item and have had no issues with claim payments. Any advice would be appreciated.
