What's the feedback on billing of 80050 in 2023? I know Medicare has a policy from 2017 that states not to bill 80050, and instead to bill 85025, 84443, and 80053 individually, however I have been unable to find a current policy from them that states this is still their guideline. Also, what about other payers?

@kathleeng CPT 80050 has a status indicator of E1, not paid by Medicare when submitted on an outpatient claim. I have found that Medicare, Medicare Managed Care plans, and CareSource Marketplace do not accept CPT 80050, bill the components. All other payers do accept 80050, at least as of today that is what I am finding.
